This rental apartment has been designed to provide an attractive living space for potential tenants. The interior exudes a warm Scandinavian style with light ash floors and furniture, a base of beige and white, complemented by shades of grey and blue. Despite the limited surface area, a clever layout maximises space for both storage and living.

The hallway features a spacious wardrobe with an open section perfect for books and shoes, enhancing the openness and welcoming feel of the living room. The kitchen, tucked away in a niche at the end of the room, is separated by a dining table, creating an airy and spacious feel.

In the bedroom, simplicity reigns with a 1.8m wardrobe and a 160cm bed accessible from both sides, adorned with wall lamps for a clean and uncluttered look.

The bathroom uses a range of greys and textures, including terrazzo, structured and polished plain tiles. There is just enough space for a walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and toilet.
