This rental property was in a developer state and required choices for every element, including flooring, tiles, wall colors, and wallpaper. The investor purchased it as an investment with the goal of decorating it in a simple, inexpensive, yet stylish way to make potential tenants feel at home. We opted for French herringbone floorboards, various shades of beige and white, and added green, gold, and black accents.
The simple kitchen in cashmere tones gained character with a black herringbone mosaic and gold-edge handles. A dining table with green chairs and a gold lamp marked the dividing point between the cooking and living areas. The small bedroom features a simple but spacious white wardrobe, a desk, and a bed accessible from both sides. The beige wallpaper with abstract shapes adds warmth to the room.
The bathroom follows the same color palette, with black elements adding elegant contours throughout the space. A curtain adds texture and hides the washing machine niche.
