A house renovation might be a very complicated process,
but if well planned, it will pay off immensely. The presented house was built in the late 90's and required some improvements, both from the technical, functional, and stylistic aspects. Together with the client, we decided to improve the uncomfortable layout and give it a modern yet cozy touch. Some of the walls had to be torn down, and all of the tiles were replaced.
However, renovating doesn't have to be all about throwing away, destroying, and wasting. Some of the furniture, materials, and design elements had such great quality that we decided to refresh and keep them. And so, we managed to restore all the doors, the beautiful wooden floor, the antique furniture, such as drawers and tables, and... many, many plants!
