The owners of the presented house reached out to me right after deciding to purchase the property, seeking assistance in enhancing the space and creating a more homely atmosphere. With a shared appreciation for both Scandinavian and Japanese styles, we opted for a Japandi vibe, incorporating natural materials like wood and warm, earthy tones.
Since the house was already partially furnished and in good condition, we chose a sustainable approach, retaining the existing flooring and kitchen while enhancing them with warm decorations and materials.
By improving the layout with additional storage, introducing more light sources, decorating the walls with wooden slats and painting it beige, we successfully achieved a brand new and inviting ambiance.
